PRO NITROUS Bottle Valve Fastlane specializes in BIG single stage and custom multiple stage nitrous systems. Therefore nitrous bottle flow had to be addressed to support these systems. The final results led to the highest flowing CGA (Compressed Gas Association) approved bottle valve on the market. The valve assembly is a specially modified version of the industry standard. Control valve lift is much greater, the internal passageways are larger .328-orifice and the route is less circuitous. Our unique ½” pick-up tube design controls the rate of expansion. This valve consistently delivers higher volumes of liquid nitrous to the solenoids throughout the duration of the pass. Perfect for Multi-Stage Nitrous applications and also the Big Single stage systems used in X275. It will support 800+hp.

High Flow Quarter Turn Valve
The Fast Lane N20 Stainless Steel high flow 1/4 turn nitrous shut off valve W/ PTFE seals is a great addition to your nitrous system and works well with a Nitrous pressure gauge. This is quick way to shut off your nitrous supply. The valve provides a very easy way for the driver to arm the nitrous system. These valves have a 1/2 NPT inlet /outlet, an inside diameter of .500″. You should never let solenoids sit with pressure on them; it shortens the solenoid plunger life. With this valve, you can leave the bottle on, but keep pressure off solenoids until you get ready to run. The valve allows you to shut it off and purge the line empty at the end of a run, without having to turn the bottle off.
