Multi-Stage Nitrous Systems
The custom Systems on these following pages are our own nozzle based programs. They are not available as a kit and are not a dealer-stocking item. These systems are for the racer that needs a professional style turnkey package with precision workmanship and reliable service.
We use only the best competition proven components available; this gives us the freedom to improve the final product. One of our best qualities as a nitrous specialist is getting the new comer down the track right away or helping a seasoned nitrous client troubleshoot a problem.
Each system is plumbed with precision neatness as well as being laid out so that on track maintenance is simplified. We pride ourselves on supplying a product hat can be as close to plug and play as possible.
Every piece of your nitrous system gets my personal attention and is hand checked. Some parts are modified, every jet is pin-gauged and flow matched. Every nozzle is blueprinted, every solenoid is taken apart to check orifice dimensions, plunger configuration and lift rate. The system is completely blueprinted and then mapped-out with corrected nitrous-to-fuel ratio's on the Flow bench. This includes our tuning tips pages that cover race fuel, fuel pressure regulators, setting fuel pressure, optimum bottle pressure, spark plugs, spark plug reading and Ignition timing information. I include more tuning information than any other nitrous tuner and do it at a more economical price. I believe that good information supplied to good racers, provides great results!

2-STAGE ANNULAR DIRECT-PORT SYSTEM
This system is flowed and includes: Welding CNC bungs into your manifold, four .125-inch orifice bottom exit nitrous solenoids, four.154-inch orifice small body gasoline solenoids. All fittings and distribution blocks are machined to minimize flow restrictions and enhance distribution. 4 Tune-ups with Flow matched jets, (16) CFN SUPERMAX annular nozzles with custom designed vacuum assisted fuel tubes. Precision plumbing with 316-grade stainless steel lines, Y- Fitting and nitrous lines ready to hook up and run. Includes four tune-ups levels of your choice. We flow each and every system done in house and custom jet map every one. You will receive the flow sheets with all the PPH Nitrous and Fuel information. We can work with you to meet hood clearances, class regulations, etc. All direct port systems are custom built! To give us the appropriate information please download and fill out one of our tech sheets and ship it along with your manifold to the address on the tech sheet form.

Includes (4) PORTED .125-inch orifice bottom outlet Nitrous Solenoids, stainless steel lines, High Flow distribution blocks with fittings, Stainless steel Annular Dry Nozzles . Flow matched 5 -jet settings of your choice, Additional jets must be purchased separately. This kit relies on the ECM for fuel enrichment via the fuel injectors. The system is completely blueprinted and then mapped-out. Includes a flow sheet with LB/HR of nitrous flow for each setting.
